E-News 5/6/22

The Class of 2022 will be graduating May 26. Graduation will be back at Millett Hall. The ceremony starts at 7:00pm. Seating is not reserved. Please do not block off sections of seats. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with your family and friends. At this time there are no restrictions, however we are subject to any protocols Miami University may be required to impose.

We will be live streaming graduation for those who cannot attend. The stream will begin at 6:45 pm. Please see the following link: https://youtu.be/-XEokzbeE-Q

Graduation Rehearsal will be held on May 26th at 10:30 am at Millett Hall. Please plan on attending, this is MANDATORY to participate in the commencement ceremony. Please don’t forget to bring your cap and gown to rehearsal.

Senior school fees and all charges must be paid in order to participate in the graduation program. You can pay through our EZPay system or cash/ check can be brought to the main office. Cash or EZ Pay only at this time.

SENIOR IMPORTANT DATES

May 26th Graduation Practice, Millett Hall 10:30am MANDATORY to

Participate in the commencement ceremony.

May 26th Graduation, Millett Hall Seniors need to arrive at 6:00 pm,

Ceremony begins at 7:00 pm.

Tuesday 5/24, Wednesday 5/25, and Thursday 5/26 school will be dismissed as soon as the second exam is finished at 11:00am. Please do not plan on picking your child up if they finish their exam early. Classes cannot be interrupted during this time. If your child does not have a ride home during these three days, they will have to wait in study hall until dismissal at 2:05 pm. Buses will run all three days on a 2:05 pm early release schedule. Lunch will be served for those students who ride the bus.

Please review your student’s lunch account through your EZPay account. Failure to repay school meal charges at the end of the school year, the charge will be included as a school fee and carried over to the next school year. High School Seniors must pay all school fees in order to participate in the high school graduation program.
