School News and Information
Happy Friday! It is hard to believe that we have finished our first week in May. The year is starting to come to a close. We know that everyone is getting excited and we want to keep working through these next few weeks while mixing in some special events. Thank you for your continued support this year.
Marshall Mile Postponed:
Looking at the weather, it doesn't look great. As much as I don't want to adjust schedules further, we are going to move the Marshall Mile to Monday, May 9th in the morning. The following is the new schedule for the Marshall Mile. I apologize for any inconvenience for those wanting to join us. All parents are welcome to run with their students, send in individually packaged snacks (nut free and nut facility free) for the school, or come cheer on the students. I ask that those cheering on students try to be here by 10:20 so that we don't have tons of traffic as the kids are running. Email sparksm@talawanda.org for any questions.

IMPORTANT Mayfest Information from the PTG
Mayfest is in 2 weeks - May 20 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. We need many volunteers to make this a successful event. It helps when 1 family member volunteers to work a game, while another family member walks their child(ren) around. Please use this sign up genius link to volunteer. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E094DA4A92BA6FB6-mayfest
We are also collecting donations for the auction baskets and games - please check out the attached letters for each grade level. Also included is the preorder form for Unlimited Inflatables bracelets.
