Happy Friday!  The students and staff had a great spirit week.  It was fun to join the themes throughout the district this week!  We have also had a great week in the classrooms!  The students are doing a great job following our PBIS/Kramer Code.  The lessons and learning have been fun!

See the below link to sign up for Take Care of Talawanda.  The School Social Workers would like to provide an easy opportunity for preschool and elementary families needing a little help to request help and also the opportunity for families able and wanting to help others in our Talawanda community to do so.  Please complete the below google form if it would be helpful for your student to receive needed items OR if you would like to donate items to another student in one of our elementary schools. TSD Lunch Program

For the past two school years, the USDA has offered waivers to food service programs across the US allowing us to offer all students breakfast and lunch at no charge.  Unfortunately, these waivers expired on June 30, 2022.  This means that families will be asked to complete and submit a Meal Benefits Application for the 2022-23 school year.  With the waivers, breakfast and lunch were free.  This year if students do not qualify for free/reduced lunch, they must pay.  The prices are listed below:

Student Meal Pricing

Breakfast - $1.50

Lunch - Elementary $2.75

Milk (Individual) - $.60
