Marshall Elementary Weekly E-News

April 14, 2022

A Peaceful, Productive, Healthy, and Happy Community

The mission of Marshall Elementary is to work as a community to achieve higher levels of thinking and learning by empowering every learner everyday.

School News and Information

Happy Thursday!

Please remember that there is no school for students on April 15th and 18th.  Students will return on Tuesday, April 19, 2022.

Our 3rd and 4th graders have completed their state testing this week.  Our 5th graders will complete their testing next week.  We will also complete any testing for students that were absent.

Touch-a-Truck

Marshall Elementary School would like to invite you to participate in our Touch-a-Truck Career Exploration event. A Touch-a Truck event invites local public works departments, organizations and community truck owners to set–up their vehicles and let kids get behind the wheel, honk the horns, take pictures and meet you, the men and women who operate the trucks every day so that they can learn more about different types of careers.

We need truck owners! Participation in the event is free and it’s a great opportunity for you to educate our elementary students about your profession while providing a fun learning experience for kids who get to see cool vehicles up close and personal. We would encourage any and all participants to have literature and/or promotional items on site for distribution throughout the day.

Date: Monday, May 16th, 2022

Location: Marshall Elementary

Time: 9:45 AM to 11:45 AM

If you wish to participate in this event, please email or call Savannah Schwegman, schwegmans@talawanda.org or (513) 273-3628.
