TMS- Entrance Project:

Talawanda School District will receive sealed bids for the Entrance Update Project at Talawanda Middle School in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by WDC Group.

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Treasurer, Talawanda School District, 131 West Chestnut Street, Oxford, Ohio 45056, until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on May 20, 2026, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read.

A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on May 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Prospective bidders shall request access by contacting Christina Cave at cavec@wdc-group.com.

Onsite visits will be available on May 4, 2026, and May 5, 2026, by appointment only. To schedule, contact Bill Hubbard at hubbardb@talawanda.org.

Contract Documents will be made available via Dropbox to prospective bidders upon request to Christina Cave at the email address above, along with submission of required contact information. Documents may also be reviewed beginning May 6, 2026, at the following locations, by appointment: WDC Group, 23 South Center Street, Springfield, Ohio 45502; Talawanda School District offices and Builder’s Exchange.

The Talawanda School District reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to investigate and determine the qualifications and experience of bidders as deemed necessary.
