Talawanda School District - ED STEPS ONE PLAN (FY27 - FY29)
The Education Department’s System of Tiered E-Plans and Supports (ED STEPS) is a system that enables educational entities to efficiently and effectively assess needs, plan, and leverage funds to prepare students for a successful future. The One Plan is a systemic consolidated planning tool strategically aligned to funding, resources, and focused on improving outcomes for all students. After completing the One Needs Assessment educational entities will complete SMART goals, strategies, and action steps to drive improvement.
Talawanda School District is in Cohort 3 of the Ed Steps One Plan. Our current One Plan is in effect from 2026-2027 through the 2028-2029 school years. Talawanda School District has both a Literacy goal and a Mathematics goal. Each school building within TSD also has a building-specific One Plan. Additional information about the One Plan can be found on the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, linked here.
