Use of District Facilities
Thank you for considering Talawanda School District for the site of your organization’s activity.
We're proud to make available to the community many of the district's buildings, athletic
fields/gyms and other facilities under the provision of the law, whenever such use does not
interfere with school activities. Our facilities can be rented by individuals, non-profit
organizations and corporations; there are different rental fees based on the facility requested,
type of group and purpose for renting, and duration of rental.
Please note that all facility requests are considered on a "first come, first served" basis and are
subject to the determination of the Building and Department (being requested) staff. District and
school events take top priority, with community and external events scheduled so as not to
conflict with the regular school operations.

Events are not confirmed until the following are satisfied:
- Agreement signed by the Event Representative (including the Acknowledgement, Release,
Waiver, and Assumption of Personal Liability form) and Talawanda School District Principal and/or
Department Director, and; - Certificate of Liability has been received.
