Peachjar Digital Flyer Program

Talawanda School District is pleased to use Peachjar, a digital flyer delivery service, to provide families with information about educational, athletic, cultural, and community opportunities available to students and families.

Using Peachjar helps reduce paper waste, ensures flyers are delivered directly to families electronically, and provides a convenient way to access current community information at any time. Families will receive an email each week.

For Community Organizations

Talawanda School District welcomes requests from nonprofit organizations, government agencies, youth organizations, and other approved community partners to distribute information that benefits our students and families.

All flyers must comply with district policies and administrative guidelines before they can be distributed through Peachjar. Approval to distribute a flyer does not imply endorsement or sponsorship by Talawanda School District.

Organizations wishing to distribute a flyer electronically should submit their flyer through Peachjar using the district's approval process. If you are a local organization looking to distribute flyers to Talawanda students and families, you will now submit your requests digitally through Peachjar. Please visit peachjar.com to register as a "Community Organization" and upload your flyer for district approval. After registering, please contact Holli Hansel in the TSD Communications Office at hanselh@talawanda.org to be added to the approved community list. The communications office, and each school office has a designated staff member that can assist with questions and or assist in uploading a flyer for a family friendly or community event.

Why does Talawanda use Peachjar?

Peachjar provides a secure, efficient, and environmentally friendly way to distribute approved community information while reducing paper usage and ensuring families receive important announcements electronically.

How will parents receive flyers?

Parents and guardians who have an email address on file with the district will receive approved flyers electronically. Flyers are also available anytime through the Peachjar buttons on this page. Flyers will be shared on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

I am not receiving Peachjar emails.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still are not receiving emails, verify that your email address is current with your child's school office. You can also access all current flyers anytime by visiting this webpage.

Does Talawanda endorse the organizations featured in Peachjar?

No. Distribution of a flyer indicates only that it has met the district's guidelines for community distribution. It should not be interpreted as an endorsement of any organization, program, product, or service.
